The article analyses the issues of simulation models application in large systems management. background issue, specifically, gradual increase domain management, is described. Quite successful results strategic management complex different branches are noticed, for example, works described [6, 7]. It mentioned that quite long execution time most make it difficult to use them operational especially systems. possible solutions this problem related synergy multiple factors, primarily emergence fundamentally new computational capabilities, contemporary concepts investigations, a combination modeling with multi-factor optimization, model as solver, proposed. ability conduct optimizing experiments allows find and recommend best ways system development. effectiveness shown optimal planning oil refining company output. technique solution finding environment by means connection IOSO multiparameter optimization software GPSS Studio was successfully tested.
